We visited the Snake River Brewery and toasted each other with their fine pale 
ale every chance we got. It seems this is the favorite drink in Jackson Hole, Wyoming and we also appreciated it with Billy Burger and fries.
If you sit in the Cadillac Lounge, you can order of from either Billy’s or the Cadillac Grille’s menu. Billy’s half-pound burgers are good eatin’ and you can get anything up to Elk steak from the Grille. One evening I had the strip steak with glazed onions and creamed spinach (pictures later). Everything was yummy with a draft, or two, of Snake River Pale Ale!
